Location: Grand Rapids, MI Salary: $100,000-$110,000

Position Overview: The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, resource management, and quality control. The Project Manager will also need to ensure that all project milestones are met, and that all risks and issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of project delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, resource management, and quality control. Ensure all project milestones are met on time and within budget. Work with contractors and suppliers to ensure project timelines and specifications are met. Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules and benchmarks. Identify, document, and manage project risks and issues. Ensure all project communications are documented and tracked. Review project deliverables and ensure they meet project requirements. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Manage the project team and ensure that tasks are allocated and completed according to project plans. Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, sponsors, and other stakeholders. Experience managing structural, concrete, high rise, parking structures, parking, tilt up concrete, post tension, and concrete contractors. Familiarity with project management software and tools.
