We are currently seeking qualified candidates for consideration of an open Project Manager position in our Program Management division. This position will be located at our Client's Pittsfield, MA office (hybrid working model).
The Program Management Services Division at LaBella provides comprehensive management services for complex projects and multi-year capital programs. Project teams are established to provide a customized mix of business consulting, project management, financial control and monitoring, administrative, and technical support services. 
The Project Manager is responsible to coordinate a multi-disciplined team and will be assigned to manage the design and construction of multiple natural gas utility infrastructure projects. As the leader of the project team, required competencies include capital planning, quality assurance, budgeting, scheduling, tracking and cost control methods, procurement coordination and construction management (budget and schedule management), based on proven best management practices and relevant experience. The Project Manager will be required to build productive relationships with all team members and client representatives, while ensuring that high quality deliverables are provided in accordance with commitments made to the client throughout the project lifecycle.
Salary Range: $75,000 - $118,000
The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of capital gas infrastructure projects Interaction and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders Work with a cross-functional team to forecast project schedules, cashflows, and resource needs Manage a large data set associated with project requirements Develop solutions to solve complex problems Keep senior management updated on portfolio status and potential issues/concerns. Drive completion of portfolio to successful completion. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering At least five (5) years of experience in managing natural gas/underground utility or civil infrastructure projects. Minimum of two (2) years of experience with Quality Management System Standards (i.e. ISO-9001) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from PMI or the ability to obtain within nine (9) months of hire. Strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Intermediate or higher knowledge level of Excel. SAP experience, preferred.
