We are searching for an experienced Project Manager in the Commercial Construction industry to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish with a strong focus on budget and quality control.

What You Will Be Doing As Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing the entire construction project from start to finish. You will be responsible for negotiation and communication with subcontractors, developing budgets, and ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
What You Need for this Position - BS in Construction Management or related degree is preferred
- 5+ years of experience working for a commercial general contractor in PM roles
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam or other construction related software
- Commercial and/or institutional project experience preferred
