Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 years preferably in related industry
Skill Level: Work closely with Project Managers on project management, including controlling costs allowing division to win at net profit goals, prompt communication with customers, and holding vendors accountable for providing superior service to GSM Services
Issue PO# for equipment and materials for all Commercial Roofing projects
Ensure receipt of executed agreements on all jobs
Set up job jackets
Schedule and track inspections
Track deliveries of purchase orders
Process A/P invoices for jobs
Check warehouse materials to/from job
Issue subcontractor lien releases
Track fully executed change orders
Process client billings per contract including retainage; prepare AIA and lien waivers
Run job reports for project manager review; make corrections as necessary
Review field staff timesheets each week for accuracy and make corrections as needed
Attend weekly pro duction meetings
Review monthly over/under and job reports with project managers
Review general ledger transactions on revenue and COG
Close jobs when completed and approved
Track aging and resolve collection issues promptly
Service Titan or Build Ops experience preferred
Requirements: Knowledge and expert experience in administrative project management as detailed in list of responsibilities
High level of organization
Superior communication skills and professionalism
A self-starter; able to work independently
Skill in operating personal computer and programs such as scheduling, spreadsheet, database, and word processing software.
Skill in verbal and written communication
Ability to handle a variety of tasks
Ability to perform accurate data entry
