Project Executive responsibilities include:
-Managing a team of Project Managers and Superintendents
-Creating profit thru vendor negotiations.
-Creating budgets.
-Managing people.
-Maintaining company standards, policies and procedures.
-Overseeing construction activities and providing guidance and direction to project managers, staff, subcontractors and vendors.
-Regularly inspecting job sites to ensure workmanship quality, safety compliance and customer satisfaction.
-Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
-Knowledge of all aspects of the construction process.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Ability to plan, prioritize, delegate, and review the work process to assure quality, accuracy and timeliness in meeting project goals.
-Ability to work on projects independently and with teams.
Qualification include :
-20+ years' of healthcare experience in a construction-related field, such as design, engineering, construction management, etc.
-Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
-Strong customer service, negotiations, and conflict resolution skills.
-Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
-Familiarity with construction software programs, such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Project.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
