Candidate should possess a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite with proficiency in Word and Excel. Ability to quickly learn and utilize database, spreadsheet, editing, graphic and production software, as well as the ability to do targeted online research and summarization will be necessary for success. Assist the Project Administrator as required. Road and bridge construction and tolling inspection, material sampling and testing, and reporting. High school diploma is required; bachelor's degree preferred. Pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment. Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position. Complete Annual Individual Training Program Train adequate backup personnel to support your role in your absence Attend monthly town hall meetings Comply with all KCI policies and procedures Comply with ISO requirements Coordinate administrative work Complete other duties as required/assigned Represent KCI in a positive and open manner and serve as a gatekeeper for your direct supervisor Enter percent completes Answer telephones with KCI greeting for assigned projects and handle routine requests Assist project analyst(s) with document control Assist project staff with scheduling and reporting Assist project staff with time entry, expense reports, and mileage Assist with calendar and scheduling meetings as required Assist with marketing and client contact efforts as required Assist with printing and photocopy requirements Assist with proposal preparation Book travel per company policy Coordinate and order office supplies Draft correspondence File and organize project documents and records and keep them accessible Implement office administrator duties by the office manager as required Keep files accessible and organized Maintain and update current project technical specifications software as required Perform spreadsheet data entry as requested Work with office manager to implement office employee activities as required #LI-KH1
