Responsibilities
• Monitor project progress and invoicing• Investigate variances and ensure project billings are issued and collected• Communicate with clients regarding accounting issues• Maintain knowledge of project costs• Provide weekly updates to supervisor• Remain involved with Project Manager• Ensure Company Policies and Procedures are enforced• Monitor projects from a risk management perspective• Learn third party customer billing systems• Upload invoices and COI as needed
Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Strong billing knowledge• Ability to work with multiple project managers• Excellent computer proficiency• Equivalent work experience required, Bachelor's Degree a plus• 2+ years Construction project related experience desired
