If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Program Manager - SDLC to join our team in King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).Role Responsibilities/Accountabilities:- Plan and manage multiple projects running in parallel working with the various teams in planning and execution of projects.- Identify resolutions for project issues and the mitigation of identified risks. Ability to communicate to key stakeholders.- Monitor and report out of overall project status and cross-team dependencies. Take corrective actions as needed.- Work with stakeholders to manage and execute User Acceptance Testing.- Interact with Business & Technical Leads, Data Architects, other leads, team members, Sr. Implementation Managers as required to support the projects.- Analytical and diagnostic skills with the ability to analyze technical and business issues and provide resolution options.- Leverage background and experience to develop new and/or revise existing solutions and approaches.- Work in multi-vendor partner environment.- As appropriate, deliver regular management updates or large-scale presentations to key stakeholders.Basic Qualifications:- 8+ years Program Management managing technical teams using Software development life cycle (Waterfall and Agile), including design, testing, deployment, and documentation activities.- 5 years of experience in development and implementation of software applications.- Design, development, test, and implementation of large-scale business and technology integration initiatives supporting domestic and global investment processing services applications and systems.- Agile methodology and experience in leading Scrum/ Scrum of Scrums- Proven success in the prioritization of multiple tasks, interface among multiple project personnel, assessing risk, all forms of communication, and self and team motivation.- Worked in a matrix organization with distributed teamsPreferences:- Onsite/Offshore Delivery ModelEducation:- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science or applicable experience#INDFSINS#L1-NAMAbout NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
