Director
to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary Facility-Based Crisis (FBC) team designed to provide comprehensive detoxification supports and mental health stabilization.
What You'll Do
As the FBC Director, you will be responsible for staff management and team training, quality improvement and compliance as well as monitoring the budget and administrative policies. The Director leads the team in their efforts to ensure growth, consistency, and continued financial viability of the FBC program locations in addition to advocating for the patients to ensure they receive compassionate and effective care throughout their stay. The ability to multi-task and think outside the box are critical skills to success in this integral team leadership position.

This full-time position offers a primary schedule of
Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm with flexibility to provide for client and team needs outside of regular business hours. The service area of this opportunity is Eastern North Carolina. We also offer benefits to those regularly working 30 hours or more per week.

What We're Looking For
To join our team as the FBC Director you must have experience in community-based nursing with the MH/SA population, possess top-tier communication skills, be adept at problem solving and de-escalation in times of crisis. We also require:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Minimum of three years of supervisory experience
Maintain valid state appropriate driver's license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work-related travel between FBC locations
