The Program Coordinator plays a key role in overseeing the implementation and support of the FACTS Grant & Aid (G&A) Program with Scholarship Granting Organizations (SGOs) and other state and school systems, ensuring a successful partnership that has a positive impact on students' ability to success.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate all aspects of the FACTS G&A Program, including application processes, eligibility verification, and fund distribution.
Plan, manage, and report on project progress from Request for Proposal (RFP) through Implementation and year-over-year renewal.
Develop best practices and identify potential gaps.
Identify and engage other teams as needed throughout lifecycle of project.
Make recommendations and determine the optimal setup for customers.
Continuously build knowledge of state legislation and other programs related to financial aid, as they emerge and change, to provide best practice recommendations to customers.
Develop and maintain program guidelines, policies, and procedures in alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
Monitor program performance and evaluate effectiveness through data analysis and feedback mechanisms.
Screen feedback and requests from clients and communicate with relevant departments within the organization to provide solutions.
Salary for this role is: $54,000
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent
experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Extensive knowledge of FACTS G&A is preferred.
2 years of experience in project coordination.
COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Self-motivation
Advanced knowledge of Excel.
General computer skills including Microsoft Office applications, e-mail, Internet, and Salesforce.
