Responsibilities
• Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines• Learn to operate machinery to expected performance levels• Support machine operators by learning to safely operate various machines• Assist team members throughout the mill during production times• Perform basic care duties on machinery• Operate small equipment and use tools to clean up debris• Perform physical tasks for up to twelve (12) hours a day• Work at various heights and use ladders and stairs• Possess at least 6 months of experience in production or related fields• Possess basic qualifications such as production, automotive, manufacturing, warehouse, construction or military experience
