Pay and Hours of Warehouse Supervisor:
Pay based on experience
Shift:
Schedule :
Monday - Friday (Start time varies, anywhere between 6pm & 8PM - Finish)
Job Description of Warehouse Supervisor:
Ensure the team of mail sorters handles their work productively and precisely
Train and coach candidates
Ensure PPH is hit every hour
Give direction to Team Leads
Working in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Must have leadership experience within a warehouse environment
Must be punctual and reliable
Will need to have a strong work ethic and a sense of urgency
Previous experience within the industry is a huge plus
Previous Production Management (Encouraged to apply)
Previous experience with building and training a team
Previous experience in Logistics or Packaging a HUGE Plus
