• Manage production of a 90 person plant• Oversee warehousing and ensure efficient processes• Create solutions to efficiency problems• Collaborate with R&D and Engineering on product development• Oversee food safety and quality programs
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience• 4+ years food manufacturing experience• Strong working knowledge of USDA/FDA guidance and regulations• 3+ years of management or leadership experience• Proficient with computers and various software packages• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Results, action and detail-oriented
