Responsibilities
Allocate resources effectively to meet production schedules, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders while optimizing resource utilization.
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards, efficiency targets, and cost objectives.
Identify and resolve production issues, such as equipment malfunctions, supply chain disruptions, or quality concerns, in a timely manner.
Provide training and development opportunities to production team members to enhance skills, improve efficiency, and promote a culture of continuous learning.
Foster open communication channels within the production team and with other departments to facilitate collaboration, problem-solving, and knowledge sharing.
Communicate safety expectations and hold employees accountable to those standards
