Responsibilities
• Reporting to work area on time every day.• Entering and reacting to all IPM data according to standards.• Maintaining cleanliness of work area.• Operating and adjusting machines.• Running the line and changing over efficiently.• Maintaining proper material levels.• Participating actively in team meetings and training sessions.• Communicating problems to fellow Team Members and leader.• Performing timely and efficient changeovers.• Meeting/exceeding production standards.
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent.• Effective reading, writing, and understanding of instructions in English.• Adherence to dress code and professional appearance.• Compliance with GMP and food safety standards.• Workplace safety initiatives.
