Your role in our mission Assist in keeping projects moving as Gainwell helps clients deliver better health and human services outcomes through technology and innovation. Liaise between development and implementation teams to ensure clear communications and expectations. Lead small team that supports accounts during both implementation and production. Tracking and oversight of development deliverables to ensure client/project deadlines are met. Communicate with the project team leadership; recommend program changes as needed Manage issues related to Engineering work and escalate as needed Actively project manage across non-direct reports by quickly escalating any risks and implementing risk mitigation solutions What we're looking for 9+ years of IT experience to include project management, business analysis, application implementation and support, troubleshooting, managing complex projects, programs or initiatives through a full project management life cycle 3+ years of Healthcare experience is preferred, and knowledge of QNXT/Trizetto or other claims systems is a plus Strong communication and follow up skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Influencer who can clearly communicate project priorities and motivate direct and indirect networks and stakeholders to action Ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities What you should expect in this role Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%) Fully remote opportunity with the option to work anywhere within the United States The pay range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
