is focused on using data and AI to drive decisions across the organization to improve our pipeline, ACV, and customer success. We build data and AI products on Salesforce technology to help with Salesforce's own digital transformation. We lead the entire supply chain of data from creation to storage to transformation and use in algorithms, data products, insights, and experiments. As a

Director of Product, Digital Intelligence and Automation

working on this extensive transformation you will

lead the strategy, development, and execution of our

next-generation AI and data-driven Marketing automation

solutions built on Salesforce Data cloud and Flows.
This role will work cross-functionally to ensure the delivery of extraordinary data products that align with the business goals of the organization with unparalleled insights. This is a high visibility role working on a critical CMO objective and also calls for great exec presence and experience talking with external Customers and C suite levels.
You will lead a team of product managers to deliver innovative solutions that elevate our customer experience, drive revenue growth, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure that products are designed with privacy at the forefront. While you are a people manager, you are also a hands-on product manager willing and adept at rolling up your sleeves, working with scrum teams on a day-to-day basis, and working closely with engineering.
Overall you will be a critical driver of our digital transformation, combining innovative marketing technology and AI ensuring alignment with the marketing organization's and the company's strategy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Vision & Strategy: Define the product vision and strategy for our

next-generation AI and data-driven Marketing automation

solutions, ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy and objectives.
You possess hands-on product management and product leadership experience.
This leadership role demands hands-on product management experience, a strong focus on building products that prioritize privacy and trust, and a consistent record of leading impactful teams.
Lead a team of platform Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure detailed integration of AI technologies into digital products and services.
Roadmap Development:

Create and handle a comprehensive product roadmap for the customer data model and AI segmentation area. Strong bias to create customer value and Ship! Ship! Ship!
AI Implementation:

Work with the Data science, Data engineering, and Flow engineers to be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of the lead and response management engine, AI augmentation with Lead Scoring, and build strategy to scale the building and consumption across the organization in a trusted way.
Analytics Services

: Orchestrate and define the product vision and strategy for Analytics services such as Lead/Response analytics, Campaign analytics, Planning
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

Establish important metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of AI-driven digital experiences.

Regularly analyze data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Privacy-Centric Development:

Ensure all products are designed with privacy at the forefront, adhering to standard methodologies and regulations.
Analytical Approach:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to demonstrate data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
Collaborator Management:

Collaborator Collaboration: Work closely with Data Engineering, Data Science, Data Strategy, and Sales teams to design and deliver optimal solutions that are
Communicate effectively with executive leadership, communicating progress updates, and results.

Collaborate with business collaborators to align digital initiatives with broader business goals.
R

epresent Salesforce on Salesforce for Data Cloud

for internal users and customers, working closely with Product Marketing Managers and Sales to enable/educate them on what we do and how we use Data Cloud internally to promote the product.
Team Leadership:

Mentor and lead a team of product managers, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
Qualifications
8-10 years of dynamic experience in product management,

with a focus on delivering Data and AI products.
Previous leadership or management experience is required.
Experience speaking publicly to Executives and customers and ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical collaborators.
Experience working with

remote/global teams

and governance structures.
Consistent track record of

delivering successful products, concurrently

and at scale.
Shown ability

in leading scrum teams, writing detailed product/ technical requirement documentation
Ability to quickly

understand systems and technical concepts

and an

ability to jump into high-level architecture

and

related conversations

in order to collaborate with Data engineers, Data Science, and other business partners.
Strategic problem solver who can improve quantitative and qualitative data to inform your roadmap, and you are curious about identifying both quick wins and big bets.
Experience providing

enablement

,

product training, and technical expertise

, facilitating

creation and maintenance of proper product documentation

,

communicating

work to collaborators, and

participating in User discovery sessions

with prospects and collaborator
Education

- We prefer a Bachelor's degree in business or computer science or equivalent business experience

Preferred Qualifications
Technology -

Proficiency

/ f

amiliarity with our tech stack: Salesforce, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. A huge plus with experience landing SaaS implementations and handling organizational change for adoption.
General knowledge or previous working experience/exposure to sales, sales operations, and/or B2B marketing. Understanding and familiarity with marketing technology solutions and the Digital Marketing domain
Experience working with/leading

contractors/consultants
Experience interacting with customers on calls and making pitches to

small/medium-sized audiences at conferences.
A master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science/MBA is a plus
