Moultrie Mobile is seeking a product professional to join their Product TeamThe Product Associate - Launch will be responsible for planning and executing beta tests for hardware and software featuresThey will ensure a successful launch and provide insights to improve the product
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Maintaining a pool of users for software and hardware tests• Ensuring users meet participation requirements• Building relationships with testers and communicating regularly• Establishing incentive plans for engaged participants• Sourcing and sending incentive products to testers• Preparing for tests and selecting users to participate• Reporting key insights from each test• Creating a feedback loop for non-accepted testers• Working with the hardware team to secure functional devices• Creating and executing multiple tests simultaneously• Developing test plans and coordinating with teams• Documenting and prioritizing reported issues• Leading meetings when necessary
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related discipline and 1 year of relevant work experience• Superior verbal and written communication skills• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and collaboratively• Ability to think strategically and problem-solve• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint• Outdoor product-related background or familiarity preferred• Experience running beta tests and QA testing• Familiarity with various software tools
