Responsibilities
• Solicitation/Preparation of RFP's and RFQ's• Cost analysis of proposals• Proposal fact finding• Proposal negotiations• Purchase order and subcontract preparation and administration• Technical ability to interpret drawings• Customer service to internal and external customers• Program management between supplier and GDLS• Preparation and negotiation of agreements• Coordination of 'Source Selection' process
Requirements
• 5-7 years of experience• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field• Ability to use Oracle system (or equivalent)• Strong understanding of procurement processes• High standard of business ethics• Ability to work autonomously and problem solve complex matters• Must be a U.S. Citizen
