Responsibilities
• Plan and procure materials and services• Perform pre and post award procurement administration• Ensure best value is obtained• Prepare and issue Request for Quote (RFQ)• Generate and commit orders up to $150,000• Comply with internal company and government requirements• Identify and select suppliers• Analyze work direction to administrative support personnel• Initiate management reviews and audits with suppliers• Responsible for closeout of completed orders• Maintain a safe work environment• Share responsibility of self-development
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment• Effective oral and written communication skills• Sound interpersonal skills• Computer proficiency• Ability to make decisions using sound judgment• Research and presentation skills• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
