As Nevada Gold Mines (NGM) embarks on its mission to become the most esteemed gold mining enterprise globally, we invite a results-driven Process Maintenance Planner III to join our Turquoise Ridge team. We are looking for a candidate to help elevate our maintenance operations by expertly constructing and overseeing work orders, job plans, and maintenance schedules within a sophisticated computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). The central goal is to bolster the proportion of planned and scheduled maintenance while substantially curtailing emergent and unplanned work. Key Responsibilities: Engineer weekly maintenance schedules and job plans vital for uninterrupted operations. Map out advanced job plans and schedules, looking ahead to at least four weeks beyond the current schedule. Generate and perpetuate Standard Job Plans (SJPs) adhering to corporate maintenance benchmarks. Scrutinize and refine existing SJPs for accuracy, pertinence, and completeness, implementing enhancements as warranted. Proactively enrich SJPs with improved data inputs, magnifying their comprehensiveness and efficacy. Evaluate unscheduled work to craft preventative SJPs or amend standing plans. Expediently utilize CMMS for scheduling, procurement, SJP development, work order maintenance, and to fortify a seamless maintenance management system. Assemble and curate data for KPI report generation and executive presentations. Methodically review and authorize invoice payments. Ensure collaborative scheduling of plant maintenance by interfacing with operational and maintenance teams. Determine and allocate the requisite labor assets for planned activities in collaboration with maintenance supervisors. Support the strategic design, planning, and execution of maintenance shutdowns. Aid in nurturing the requisite skill set and methodologies within the Planning Department to preserve a preventative maintenance planning ethos. Tackle additional responsibilities as delegated. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: Technical Expertise: Experience maintaining mining and/or other heavy industrial equipment: This is essential, as you will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance plans for a variety of equipment, including electrical, instrumentation, pumping, and rotating equipment. Experience working from blueprints and drawings: You will need to be able to interpret technical drawings and schematics to understand the equipment you are maintaining. Familiarity with RCM techniques (preferred): Knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) will be an asset, as you will be involved in developing and implementing RCM programs. Software Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office: You will be using Microsoft Office applications extensively to create and manage maintenance plans, schedules, and reports. Previous experience using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) - (SAP preferred): Experience with CMMS software, especially SAP, is highly desirable as you will be using it to track maintenance activities, manage work orders, and access equipment history. Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat tools (preferred): The ability to use Adobe Acrobat tools to create and edit PDF documents will be helpful.
