·Evaluate key manufacturing processes and develop plans to identify opportunities for improvement.
·Use SAP to maintain product formulations and costings.
·Write detailed standard operating procedures and train employees to new standards.
·Must be a highly motivated individual who is able to manage and lead multiple projects at one time.
·Lead initiatives in Standardization of Processes, Process Improvements, Continuous Improvement, and Training.
