Fort Atkinson Preschool and Childcare is a Five Star, DCF licensed, deficiency free child care center that has been educating generations in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin since 1969. We are seeking a full time lead preschool teacher. Please see our website at for more information about our school. Duties
Lead teachers are responsible for child assessments, lesson planning, writing and documenting individual and group goals, maintaining classroom compliance with licensing regulations, center policies and procedures and NAC standards, teaching using Creative Curriculum and other play based philosophies and communicating with families and community partners. This individual must be comfortable working with children with all levels of abilities as our school is an inclusion school and we welcome children with special needs. 
This preschool lead position will work with children ages 3-4 alongside an assistant teacher.  Requirements
Join our highly educated staff working in a center that values you as a professional. Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred, minimum of Associate's Degree in Early Childhood or Level 12 on the Wisconsin Registry required.  Benefits
40 hours per week guaranteed (same days/hours each week, preferably four ten hour days (Wednesdays off), five eight hour days may be a possibility), teledoc health services, paid vacation, personal, holidays and health days and tuition/continuing education scholarships.
