Responsibilities: Maintenance and Repair:
Work as part of a highly motivated and professional team of mechanics. Perform routine maintenance tasks on powder coating equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting components for wear and damage. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal performance. Replace worn or defective parts as needed, following manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols. Conduct preventative maintenance procedures to prevent breakdowns and prolong equipment life. Calibration and Adjustment:
Calibrate powder coating equipment to ensure accurate and consistent application of coatings. Adjust settings and parameters to achieve the desired coating thickness, texture, and appearance. Monitor equipment performance during operation and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality standards. Inventory Management:
Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables required for powder coating maintenance and repair. Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to prevent shortages and delays in maintenance activities. Documentation and Reporting:
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including repair logs, service reports, and equipment manuals. Document equipment modifications and upgrades for future reference and regulatory compliance. Report any safety hazards or compliance issues to appropriate personnel and participate in corrective actions as needed. Training and Collaboration:
Provide training and guidance to production personnel on proper equipment operation and maintenance procedures. Collaborate with other departments, such as production and engineering, to implement process improvements and equipment upgrades.
