Role Description The purpose of this position is to engage our guests and to ensure that they have a great experience at our two poolside outlets at Brasada Ranch Resort. Whether you are assisting at our family-friendly Sundance Bar & Grill or at our laid back adult only Cascade pool, our Pool Bartenders are responsible for positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times, bartenders are expected to be attentive to the needs of our guests and make them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed.
Pool Bartenders earn $14.20/tips with shifts 7 days a week from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, weekends required.
Skills/Traits Previous bartending experience required, fast paced preferred. Excellent oral communication skills required. Positive interpersonal skills required.
