The role of a Plant Quality Manager is to manage customer and supplier quality concerns at the Plant, implement and maintain a IATF16949 compliant quality system and for implement and manage FES/RIO and QSE corporate quality requirements at the Plant. The main missions of the role are: Represent FIS at the customer for quality-related issues Set up and maintain quality systems at the plant Responsible for Quality Lab and testing activity (Control Plan testing, gages, fixtures, etc.) Coordinate IATF16949 implementation activities  Coordinate the implementation of QSE per corporate requirements Responsible for stopping the line in case of quality concerns Maintain good housekeeping standards Follow all safety procedures and safety and regulatory compliance FES Employee Empowerment participation and QSE responsibility All other duties as assigned by the company  Administer Company protocols and processes according to the principles set out in Faurecia's Code of Management and Code of Ethics. Administer Company protocols and processes according to the principles set out in Faurecia's Code of Management and Code of Ethics Specific responsibilities:  Ensure quality-related problems are resolved with production, supplier and customer Ensure all inspection records are maintained and procedures followed Ensure all necessary reports, documentation and samples are submitted to customer in a timely manner Train/coach quality engineers and technicians and co-ordinate daily activities at the Plant Evaluate proposed designed Control cost with delivery, component supply, and obsolescence management Provide effective leadership to the Quality Department in achieving department and company goals Maintain customer satisfaction through direct communications Create and maintain systems that meet customer and Faurecia requirements Ensure delivery of quality products to the customer to meet plant objectives Support the Plant Quality Leader in :  Approving the Design validation plan with engineering  Managing the program quality plan  Managing the targets in Quality, S&R and HSE  Checking the PMS application  Alerting the adequate level the organization in case of NOK points -
