Responsibilities
• Oversee manufacturing operations and meet quality, productivity, and maintenance expectations• Ensure excellent customer service through professional fleet operation, customer relations, and proper inventory management• Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and adhere to safety practices and procedures• Manage staffing levels, facilitate employee training and development, and establish a strong culture within the plant• Prepare annual operating budgets, manage inventories, and ensure plant compliance
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering preferred• 3+ years of relevant experience as a manufacturing leader or plant manager• Deep knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 6s• Strong focus on safety standards and improvements• Experience in P&L management• Bonus: Plastic or Extrusion experience
