Alpine Physical Therapy in Bend, OR is looking for a motivated and compassionate physical therapist to join our team. We are a private practice orthopedic rehabilitation business with 2 clinics and a wide variety of specialties.
Job Responsibilities:
Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms Evaluate mobility, movement dysfunction, balance coordination and physical function Assess and interpret patient test measures and results Coordinate care and communicate with patient's referring provider Maintain patient records and keep track of goals and progress Assess patient progress and make plan adjustments Advise and demonstrate exercises, movements and home exercise programs Record and document patient care and treatment in EMR program Qualifications:
Graduate of an acredited physical therapy program Must posess a current state of Oregon PT license, or provide applications status At least 1 year experience in an othropedic physical therapy capacity Prefer previous experience in an outpatient setting with an emphasis on manual therapy Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport with patients We offer a comprehensive, competetive compensation and benefit package, provide clinic mentorship and continuing education reimbursement.
