Job Title: Physical Therapist Location: West Palm Beach, FL Facility: Nursing Home We are currently seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at a 120-bed skilled nursing facility in West Palm Beach, FL. This full-time position offers a consistent schedule with no weekend rotations, allowing for a balanced work-life harmony. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. Provide interventions, treatments, and therapies according to the established patient care plans. Document resident care services by charting in patient and department records according to accepted regulatory, corporate, and professional guidelines. Communicate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals involved in the management of patients. Educate patients and family members on treatments, prevention, and care enhancement techniques. Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with facility procedures, rules, and regulations. Ensure the quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and hospital or regulatory standards. Qualifications: Must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy school. Must hold an active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida. Demonstrated ability to handle physical workload. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Schedule: Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. No weekend rotations required.
