Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients achieve their maximum functional potential and improving their quality of life through evidence-based physical therapy interventions. Responsibilities: Evaluate patients' physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing assessment and reassessment of progress. Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function. Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and home exercise programs. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes for patients. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree. Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice principles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
