Responsibilities
• Operate pharmacy systems and process prescriptions• Supervise pharmacy technicians and cashiers• Select, schedule, and develop pharmacy technician personnel• Engage customers and resolve complaints• Assist pharmacist in patient care• Delegate non-clinical work and ensure efficient workflow• Prepare and file required reports and records• Manage pharmacy operations and inventory• Complete non-clinical patient calls• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment
Requirements
• Certified pharmacy technician• Knowledge of pharmacy operations and workflow• Experience in customer service• Strong communication and organizational skills• Attention to detail and ability to multitask• Ability to work independently and in a team• Basic computer skills• Knowledge of Good Faith Dispensing policies
