Responsibilities
• Review and process NB applications• Review and process endorsement requests• Review and process cancellations• Follow up on outstanding information and documentation• Process emails and faxes• Process return mail• Provide customer service to retail agents• Review photos/inspections and request additional information• Train retail agents on online quoting systems• Perform related work as requested by Management
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred• 1 or more years of insurance industry experience• Ability to obtain a P&C insurance license• Ability to multi-task in a highly stressful environment• Above-average communication skills• Ability to proofread and maintain accuracy• Ability to resolve insurance issues• Availability to work overtime• Professional and friendly attitude• Intermediate to advanced computer skills• Ability to maintain confidentiality• Ability to advance to Underwriter position based on performance, eligibility, and interview
