Job Description:

Avnet is seeking a passionate and hardworking Personal Assistant to work from home in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to senior management, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and prioritize the daily schedule of senior executives, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.2. Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of senior management, ensuring timely and professional responses.3. Conduct research, prepare reports, and assist with special projects as assigned.4. Assist in the organization and execution of company events, both virtual and in-person.5. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.6. Provide administrative support, such as maintaining files, managing expenses, and ordering supplies.7. Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.8. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and contribute positively to the working environment.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.3. Strong organizational and time-management skills.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.7. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.8. A strong sense of teamwork and a willingness to support colleagues.
