Responsibilities
• Implement the Permit to Work system to support operational safety and compliance policies• Verify certification of employees operating equipment and machinery• Perform onsite audits of work to ensure compliance with PTW and policies• Assist personnel in identifying appropriate permits for their work• Communicate critical and potential impacts to facility or field operations• Participate in planning meetings for major shutdown work• Identify hazards and recommend mitigations• Ensure adequate supplies of permits• Engage in PTW system operation and procedures• Help plan and facilitate operational activities in the LNG facility
Requirements
• PTC degree preferred or relevant process experience• 6 years' experience in commissioning, startup, and operations in oil & gas or petrochemical facilities• At least 3 years' experience in coordinating shutdown/turnaround activities• 10 years' experience in operations with LNG or cryogenic hydrocarbon liquids preferred• Moderate leadership and administrative abilities• Strong operational knowledge of the facility and equipment• Complete understanding of regulatory and company requirements• Good communication skills• Computer knowledge including Microsoft Office Suite• Must maintain TWIC card in good standing status
