Responsibilities
• Respond to member calls and facilitate member requests• Communicate pension plan provisions and payment elections to members• Coordinate monthly pension payments with trustee• Review and revise member data as needed• Handle benefit plan administration and special projects• Maintain client databases and benefit calculation log• Assist with testing system for new clients• Stay updated on client-specific plan provisions• Broaden knowledge of defined benefit administration rules
Requirements
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience• Basic spreadsheet (i.e. Excel) knowledge preferred• Basic database (i.e. Access) knowledge preferred• Mathematical proficiency• Bilingual language skills a plus
