LHH is working with a financial institution that is searching for a Payroll contractor for the next year. You will be the only payroll professional for the team, but you will coordinate with the HR employees for assistance with the benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have some HR experience but at least four years of payroll processing knowledge. This role is fully in office at the location in Tukwila, WA. There is free parking, and you will work with a supportive manager. Even though it's a contract role, you will be treated like a permanent employee and be eligible for their benefits. Responsibilities:
•Process bi-weekly payroll for about 200 employees
•Prepare, analyze, reconcile, and review payroll reports
•Resolves payroll discrepancies by producing accurate calculations
•Appropriately process pay data items (Bonuses, commissions, garnishments, time & labor issues, terminations, and final pay)
•Administer imports, retroactive pay adjustments, stop payments, and variable comp in a team environment
•Offer internal employees with excellent customer service to resolve payroll issues
•Upload and document all payroll files to service provider
•Ad hoc reports for HR purposes
•Additional tasks or projects as needed
Qualifications:
•At least four years of payroll processing experience
•Previous experience of processing payroll using ADP Workforce Now
•Professional communication skills
•Ability to work with sensitive information confidentially
•Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
•High attention to detail and extreme accuracy
Pay Details:
$32.00 to $34.00 per hour
