Parts Team Associate

Job Description Bullfrog Spas, a fast growing manufacturer of the world's best hot tub, has an immediate opening for a Parts & Shipping Team Associate. Full time position benefits include company paid health and dental benefits, paid time off, performance bonuses, 401K and tuition reimbursement. Normal work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Position reports to Dealer Logistics Supervisor. Salary depends on experience.
Responsibilities • Organize and separate bins by part number • Establish effective parts order flow • Work well with other Bullfrog internal departments (marketing, shipping, production, customer service, and warranty) • Print out pick lists and fill parts orders • Identify parts on backorder as needed and maintain backorder list • Organize and ship backordered parts, identify high priority shipping orders (i.e., next day air), ship orders in BOSS (Bullfrog's internal software program) • Help organize and clean Parts Area daily in order to maintain a clean work environment • Assist in maintaining MIN/MAX levels for all inventory parts. • Load spas and spa covers on flatbed trailers • Other shipping duties as assigned
Qualifications • Parts warehouse experience or equivalent parts organizational skills • Excellent organizational skills • Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs • Possess basic computer skills • Fork lift experience preferred • Excellent team building and problem solving skills • High School diploma or equivalent
