Job Description: As a Semi Trailer Parts Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our semi-trailer parts department. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, assisting them in identifying, ordering, and troubleshooting semi-trailer parts. Your attention to detail, product knowledge, and customer service skills will contribute to the overall success of our company.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Assist customers in identifying and selecting the appropriate semi-trailer parts based on their specifications and needs. Provide accurate and timely information on product availability, pricing, and order status. Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and customer-centric manner. Order Processing: Process orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy in product selection, pricing, and delivery details. Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate the timely shipment of orders. Track and monitor order shipments, providing updates to customers as needed. Technical Assistance: Offer technical support to customers by providing detailed information about the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of semi-trailer parts. Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries. Generate reports on sales, inventory levels, and customer feedback for management review. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and advancements in semi-trailer technology. Continuously update product knowledge to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or trailer parts industry. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Technical knowledge of semi-trailer parts and their applications. Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software for order processing and customer support. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
