Responsibilities
• Assist store leaders and associates in providing excellent customer service• Enter and process patients' information and transactions accurately and efficiently• Maintain records and reports related to pharmacy functions• Inspect pharmacy equipment and report any necessary repairs• Adhere to safety programs and procedures• Assist pharmacists and other pharmacy technicians• Answer phone calls and triage to appropriate pharmacy staff• Fill vial drawers, restock labels and printer paper, and ensure supplies are ordered• Manage invoices and other paperwork• Maintain a clean and organized department
Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent• Effective verbal and written communication skills• Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and calculate discount percentages• Ability to learn and comply with HIPAA regulations• Maintain confidentiality of customer records and information• Lift 20lbs or less on occasion
