Part-Time Legal Assistant

Job Description Small downtown Raleigh law firm is seeking a Part-time Legal Assistant/Paralegal to support their growing litigation practice. This person will work with 2 paralegals and 2 legal assistants to support 5 seasoned attorneys. Practice areas include civil litigation, personal injury, criminal defense and commercial real estate. Primary responsibilities include drafting of legal documents, scheduling mediations/depositions/client meetings, requesting medical records, docketing deadlines, assisting with e-court filings as well as general legal administrative duties.
