Job Summary We are looking for individual to join our client's team as Packaging Specialist. Owns creation of Packaging Component and SKU specifications within one or more Business Units. Manages process / flow and creation of specifications through coordination of many internal and external stakeholders.
Job Description Manage the day-to-day creation and status of packaging components and SKU specifications while ensuring they are complete and accurate before moving forward Interfaces with multiple interconnected Company data management systems managing workflow and directing work tasks to other departments and functions. Manages information that flows to externally facing systems utilized directly by Company sales teams and for customer communication. Skills Required Ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects and timelines. Ability to clearly and precisely communicate orally and in writing to individuals and groups. Ability to build strong sustainable business relationships at various levels throughout organization and with key customers and suppliers. Ability to operate and use business management tools (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.), computers/laptops and other technological devices/software programs to communicate with other people. Other Skills:
Leadership skills will reflect One Company Behaviors and competencies in alignment with the role Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Preferred: Knowledge of SAP PLM Education/Training/Certifications Associate degree Additional Requirements Location: IDEALLY, would be in Neenah, WI and would just be onsite for training and then remote.
