Organization Development & Inclusion Consultant

Job Description Under the guidance of an OD&I Director, supports the implementation of the OD&I strategy in support of the University of Maryland Medical System and Human Resource Services strategies. Assigned to provide services at multiple hospitals across a geographic region within the University of Maryland Medical System. Under the guidance of a Director or Senior Consultant, delivers organization development, organizational learning, and inclusion services at assigned hospitals. Collaborates with and supports other Human Resource Services employees in the attainment of strategic objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Organization Development, Human Resource Development, I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or commensurate field required. A minimum of two (2) years relevant professional experience in organization development, organizational learning, or cultural competence Demonstrated experience as an organization development /management consultant (internal or external) preferred.
