Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Specialist with  experience in the education industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM implementation, configuration, and support, with a focus on meeting the unique needs and challenges of educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and document requirements for Oracle HCM implementation. Configure Oracle HCM modules to align with the specific needs of the education industry, including but not limited to: Core HR Payroll Benefits Time and Labor Talent Management Lead the implementation and deployment of Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle HCM systems, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements as needed. Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective utilization of Oracle HCM systems. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Oracle HCM, particularly as they relate to the education sector. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementation and support, with a focus on the education industry. Strong understanding of HR processes and practices within educational institutions. Proficiency in Oracle HCM modules, with specific expertise in configuration and customization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Oracle HCM certification is a plus.
