Operations Supervisor

Gpac is seeking an operations/project management professional for a newly created Operations Supervisor opening with a small-midsized company in the northern Atlanta, GA area. This role is newly created due to the company's growth and requires an experienced professional to oversee the facility's operations, from sourcing raw ingredients to packaging and labeling finished products on-site.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility
* Manage a team of 20+ employees
* Collaborate cross-functionally with project management and fulfillment teams
* Ensure efficient production processes and quality control standards
* Implement and enforce safety protocols
Requirements:
* 3-5+ years of operations/project/production supervisory or managerial experience
* Experience in food production, preferably with proteins or pet/feed products
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
