Operations Superintendent

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Superintendent to join our team at our facility located in Roseville, Michigan. The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of CNC machines, including Haas, as well as possess strong leadership and people management skills. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility Oversee production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of products Utilize CNC Lathe (5+ axis), CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC), CNC Lathe (2-4 axis), CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC), Thread Rolling Machine, and Universal Machining Center (5 axis UMC) to meet production goals Lead and mentor a team of machinists and operators Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field Experience with Haas CNC machines Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting Ability to read and interpret blueprints Knowledge of hydraulics systems Demonstrated leadership and people management skills Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles Must have a minimum of 10 years experience Machinist and assembly background You should be proficient in:
