Our  Restaurant Operations Managers  are the cornerstones of our leadership team that oversee and work their specific area:  drive-thru, kitchen, food safety or guest experience operations to ensure execution of Chick-fil-A service and quality standard. These individuals have a heart for servant leadership, seeks to do everything with excellence and develop the team around them. It is our belief that leaders serve best, working alongside our team in the day to day operations. Providing remarkable experiences with operational excellence and desire to have a positive impact are all minimum requirements for this position. This position requires to be present with the team and guest, with limited office hours.  
Qualifications: Experience as a leader in the customer service industry preferred Proven ability to lead in quick paced environments as part of a team Experience as a leader in food service operations preferred Strong Computer skills (Excel, Word, Publisher) Duties and Responsibilities: Be purposeful in living out and executing the Winning Hearst Everyday Strategy, which includes:
Clean & Safe Environment, Great Food, Fast & Accurate Service and Genuine Hospitality. Drive Second Mile Service (2MS) by Delivering WOW Experiences Go beyond everyday expectations by anticipating need Achieve business results through focus and action on tactical objectives and tasks Works with executive team to ensure appropriate daily restaurant staffing levels Must love working in a team environment and building strong effective teams Hold team members accountable through effective coaching and communication Treats all team members with respect while providing them with direction and feedback. Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store; Verifies completion of all operational assessment tools Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 50lbs. Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome Follow Chick-fil-A's operational policies and procedures All other duties as assigned Team Member attendance records Benefits: Healthcare contribution Employer 401k match Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual plan Free meal during your shift Leadership coaching & development Up to $25,000 in scholarships This is a full-time position and requires that you be at least 18 years old.
