Our Restaurant Operations Managers are the cornerstones of our leadership team that oversee and work their specific area: drive-thru, kitchen, food safety or guest experience operations to ensure execution of Chick-fil-A service and quality standard. These individuals have a heart for servant leadership, seeks to do everything with excellence and develop the team around them. It is our belief that leaders serve best, working alongside our team in the day to day operations. Providing remarkable experiences with operational excellence and desire to have a positive impact are all minimum requirements for this position. This position requires to be present with the team and guest, with limited office hours.
Qualifications: Experience as a leader in the customer service industry preferred Proven ability to lead in quick paced environments as part of a team Experience as a leader in food service operations preferred Strong Computer skills (Excel, Word, Publisher) Duties and Responsibilities: Be purposeful in living out and executing the Winning Hearst Everyday Strategy, which includes:
