This role is based out of our new Jersey City facility.What You’ll Do:Open, separate,and itemize department’s mail by service type.Match, count, and check items.Verify service type with payment and verify its eligibility.Enter items and print stickers.Contact Customers to resolve Problem OrdersWork with Sales Department for orders that have special deals and/or pricing.Who You Are:You have strong written and verbal communication skillsYouhave the ability towork in a team environmentYou can prioritize all tasks and work in a fast-paced work environmentYou have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office,e.g.Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Google programsHourly Rate: The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $17. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience and skill set.
