Job Description:

Disney is seeking a dedicated and passionate Operations Associate to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As an Associate Level position, the Operations Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the operational needs of the company.

Responsibilities:- Conduct research to support various operational projects and initiatives- Assist in negotiations with external vendors and partners to optimize business operations- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement- Support in the development and implementation of operational strategies- Assist in managing day-to-day operational tasks and processes

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 4 years of experience in operations or related field- Strong research and negotiation skills- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to work effectively in a team environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
