Overview
Terros Health is pleased to share an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Operations Assistant working at our Central location.The Operations Assstant will p rovide direct operational and administrative support to the Sr. Director of Clinical Excellence and Children's Operations and others, as directed by the Sr. Director of Clinical Excellence and Children's Operations. This position provides some direct support work with patients including initial patient program registration and coordination of care and follow up. Supports overall operations for the Boys and Girls Club programs including maintaining referrals for outpatient and specialty services, corresponding with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining tracking spreadsheets and preparing reports. Ensures BGCAZ staff schedules and department services rosters are maintained and supplies for these services are ordered and stocked as needed. Completes daily and monthly reports in collaboration with the project coordinator. Works directly with the Sr. Director of Clinical Excellence and Children's Operations to produce and manage data and reports and conduct chart compliance audits for registration documents and other items needed. Serves as Boys and Girls CLub Department interdepartmental liason. Terros Health ( is hiring a Operations AssistantAt our Central location in Phoenix, AZ.Bilingual Differential Pay Available!Full-Time: M onday – FridayCompetitive CompensationFull Benefits, Including 401K and Generous PTO / PST (4+ weeks)Operation Assistant Duties: + Provides administrative and operational support to the Sr. Director of Clinical Excellence and Children's Operations or designee.
+ Maintains, completes, and compiles monthly and weekly deliverable reports, as well as ad hoc report requests for the grant. Assists with any special projects, including audit preparation and follow up, or other ad hoc requests from internal or external stakeholder source.
+ Utilizes electronic health record, business intelligence reports, and other sources of clinical information to prepare, analyze, and deliver reports to the Sr. Director of Clinical Excellence and Children's Operations in clear, concise, and organized fashion, as regularly scheduled or upon request.
+ Completes projects assigned by the Sr. Director of Clinical Excellence and Children's Operations as requested.
+ Keep record of department MOU's, BAA's, and Contracts and follow up on renewal.
+ Collaborates with Terros Health Leadership team to supply responses to the internal/external stakeholders related to QOC's, complaints, grievances, PIP , etc. Responds to common inquiries or complaints from employees, patients, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Assists with managing training schedules, tracking compliance related to training requirements, and ensures timely responses to requests and inquiries.
+ Manages the schedule for the BGC's speciality program staff.
+ Demonstrates a professional appearance of self, agency, and service in a positive, cooperative, and enthusiastic manner.
+ Provides some patient coordination of care activities which would be documented in EHR .

Qualifications
+ High school diploma and/or combination of college education, training, and experience to reflect appropriate level of knowledge and 3-5 years related experience in children's system of care behavioral health field.
+ Knowledge of word processing systems, ie., Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel. Ability to type 55 wpm
+ Ability to read and compose documents in a professional and technically correct manner.
+ Must possess good communication skills and be able to work well with individuals and groups.
+ Must demonstrate time management, organization, conflict resolution and judgment skills.
+ This role is a driving position. This position is performed from Central Administrative office and may require driving to any of our sites with BGC programming.
+ Must have valid Arizona driver's license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health's driving policy
+ Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role.
+ Must pass a TB Test.
