Online Web Chat Specialist

Ingredion, a leading global ingredient solutions provider based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Specialist at the Associate Level with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate for this position should be driven and dedicated with strong presentation and people management skills.

Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers through online web chat to provide product information, assistance, and support.2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving any issues or concerns efficiently.3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers.4. Utilize chat software and other tools effectively to enhance the customer experience and drive satisfaction.5. Keep abreast of industry trends and updates to product knowledge to better assist customers.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in an online chat environment.2. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and interact with customers.3. Proficiency in using chat software and other relevant tools to provide exceptional customer service.4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.5. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
